Article III Organization
Section 1. National Council
A. The National Council will be comprised of:
a. The National Officers
b. The Regional Officers
c. The State Officers
d. The WOF MM Board of Directors
B. The National Council will be the governing body of
the Wheels of Faith MM
C. The National Council will meet once every four years
to conduct business.
Section 2. Board of Directors
A.
Founding Directors
a.
Chaplain Scott Bush
b.
Rev.
Robb Hawks
B.
Seated Directors
a.
Directors who serve by virtue of their position
b.
WOF MM
Districts
i.
Districts who have adopted WOF MM as their official
Motorcycle Ministry
ii.
District Superintendents for these districts will serve
as a
Seated Board of Director
C.
Supporting Directors
a.
Individuals who have a passion for WOFMM
b.
Individuals whom because of their skills, careers, or
education empower them to help lead and direct the
vision of WOF MM
c.
Are
appointed by the current BOD to serve annual terms.
d.
There
is no limit on number of terms that can be served.
D.
BOD
Officers
a.
Chairman
i.
Elected by the members of the BOD
ii.
Must
receive 2/3 majority
b.
Secretary of the BOD

Elected by the members of the BOD
ii.
Must
receive 2/3 majority
Section 3. The National Officers
A.
The National Officers will give vision, leadership and
administrate the organization.
B. National Officers will be:
a. President
b. Vice President
i. 2nd Vice President
positions can be added for specific functions by the BOD
c. Secretary
d. Treasurer
e. Road Captain (Chief)
C. National Officers will be selected by:
a. the Board of Directors
b. from a nomination list submitted by
members of the Board of Directors
c. during the National Council held
every four years
d. for a four year term of office.
e. held the same year as the elections
for President of the United States
Section 4. Regional Officers
A. The USA will be divided into six regions.
a. Northeast
b. Southeast
c. North Central
d. South Central
e. Northwest
f. Southwest
B. Regional Officers help
coordinate/communicate with State Chapters and Clubs in
their region.
C. Regional Officers will be:
a. Coordinator
b. Deputy Coordinator
D. Regional Officers will be elected by:
a. a majority vote of all State Chapter
Officers
b. from a nomination list submitted by
the National Officers
c. during the Regional Council held
every four years (two years between National Councils.)
d. for a four year term of office.
Section 5. State Organizations (States where WOFMM is
operated by independent churches & Ministries)
I.
Local Chapter Model
A. State Officers will help coordinate and
communicate with local clubs in their state while
providing membership information to the National
Office.
B. State Officers will be:
a. President
b. Vice President
c. Secretary
d. Treasurer
e. Additional Vice Presidents can be
appointed or elected to fill specific roles in the state
chapter with National Approval.
C. State
Officers will be elected by:
a. a majority vote of all members within
the state.
b. during the State Chapter Council held
every two years
c. for a two year term of office.
II. District Ministry Model (States where WOFMM is
the official District Motorcycle Ministry.)
A.
District Officers will help coordinate and communicate
with local clubs in their state while
providing membership information to the National Office.
B. District Officers will be:
a. President
b. Vice President
c. Secretary
d. Treasurer
e. Additional Vice Presidents can be
appointed or elected to fill specific roles in the
state chapter with District Approval.
i.
Officers and members will be patched members only
C. District Officers will be appointed by the District
Leadership.
a. Serving annual terms.
b. Will answer directly to the District
Leadership.
D.
District Sectional Representatives will be appointed by
the Sectional Presbyter or by a process determined by
A/G District Leadership.
Section 6. Club or Chapter Officers
A. The local club will be sponsored by a local church.
B. Club Officers will help coordinate the membership and
activities of the local club while providing membership
information to the State Chapter.
C. Club Officers will be:
a. President- (appointed by the overseeing pastor)
b. Vice President
i. Additional Vice Presidents can be appointed or
elected to fill specific roles in the state chapter with
the National Office approval
c. Secretary
d. Treasurer
D. Club Officers will be elected by:
a. from a nomination list approved by the local pastor.
b. a majority vote of all club members in attendance during the club's business meeting with the election falling every
other year. The president is appointed by the local
pastor
c. to a two year term.
d. Club Road Chief and Road Captains are not elected positions, rather an
appointed position by the chapter officers.
e. Road Captains are not officers, and Road Chief is an
officer of the local club
f. President is always appointed by the overseeing
pastor
g. Officer vacancies will be filled by any of the
following: a special election, or by vote of the current
officers, or by appointed by the overseeing pastor.
